At the Salgar plant, we take the maximum care in all our processes: from the reception of raw materials to the delivery of the product to the customer. The use of the most advanced electronic and digital techniques means we can monitor the entire manufacturing, storage and transport process; ensuring the traceability of the entire production process.

Commitment to Quality:

  • 5 years’ guarantee on our General Catalog furniture, and ECOline.
  • Quality certification with international certification bodies: SGS, TÜV Rheinland and AIDIMME
  • Application of voluntary standards on product safety and durability. EN 14749, EN 15338 and EN 1153.
  • Spare parts service for all products for at least 5 years

QUALITY CERTIFICATION

In order to guarantee the highest quality in our products, we carry out different quality tests.
- Our paints have passed various durability and resistance tests for the different types.
- The thermoforming washbasins have been subjected to load resistance tests, resistance to chemicals and dyes or water evacuation, among others.
- Our furniture complies with the SGS quality certification, thus passing the different laboratory tests: vertical load, horizontal load, sudden opening...

·   Volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions reduced by improving and modernising facilities and production processes.

·   Programme to reduce the use of plastic packaging and replace it with recyclable and recoverable packaging.

The raw materials and components we use to manufacture your furniture come from the most important suppliers in Europe, who authorise and certify their materials; thus giving our products the highest quality finishes and operation.

To ensure the final quality of all the furniture and raw materials used, subsequent testing and checks are carried out at the SGS facilities.
